Choker with Danish coin

A couple of days ago I found a coin in my mother's purse while looking for a pencil (she always has one in her purse ;3). It was a Danish crown. And the hole in the middle brought up the idea of making a necklace. So I asked my mother wether I could use it or not and she gave me permission to make a necklace. Because when would be the next time we would go to Danmark? xD

When I got started I couldn't finf a proper string to put it on and then I found the most wonderful ribbon and the prettiest lace ribbon. So I got those and within an hour I made a choker out of it ^^

I know the finishing isn't very neat, but it's my first hand-made piece of jewelry, so I'm still quite proud of it ^^

Edit: I'm sorry for the bad quality of the pictures. But the lamp in my room gives an awful light for photographing and the camera of my cellphone makes crappy pictures ;o
